Please note the following policies regarding payment, processing, and shipping of orders.

Payment and processing

  • Money Orders or School Purchase orders are preferred. There will be a 2 to 3 week delay in shipping when paying with a personal check. We do accept credit card payments securely online.
  • When paying by money order or personal check, orders will not be shipped until your payment has been received in full and your personal check has cleared.
  • School Purchase Order numbers may be entered into this form, however you must fax or mail your official purchase order to Happy Feet at 831-333-1377 before your order will be processed and shipped.
  • Texas residents paying by personal check or money order must also pay Texas State Sales Tax of 8.25%. If paying by a school check from a tax-exempt account, Texas State Sales Tax will not be added.
  • To pay by credit card (Master Card or Visa) complete the order form online and pay securely online. Or you can call toll free 1-800-934-2668 or fax our office with your credit card number, card member's name, expiration date, and billing address zip code for your credit card.

Shipping

  • There is a minimum shipping charge of $9.00 for a shipment of 1 to 7 items.
  • When ordering greater than 7 items, your shipping charge is equal to $1.50 per item. For example, if you order 25 pairs of boots, your shipping charge would be $37.50.
